how are the graphics
Shane from EGM said it had some of the best graphics on the wii, but some of the screenshots had underwhealming textures. Maybe it looks better in motion?

I actually got Nights for Christmas from my cousin, and I never played the original for Saturn. So, considering this is my first experience with Nights, I was a bit disappointed at first. The game just feels like it was a bit rushed. The controls could use some improvement, especillay the wiimote only style. The nunchuck works much better. The graphics are so-so, like dreamcast level graphics. But if you look past all its flaws, get used to the controls, the game is actually really fun. I like the flying sequences as Nights and the boss battles are pretty amazing. They are so trippy. The replay value is good, more so for those who enjoy games with a scoring system. So, do I recommend this game? If the gameplay videos on the web interest you then try it out. Rent it, you might like it. Or wait for it to show up in bargain bins, which won't be too long from now. I'm happy to have it in my collection :)

Like Zucas said, it's an average game. I just wish Sega had polished it up more.

The thing is this game could be a success if it is able to bring back the emotions of the original game.

How did sonic and the secret rings start off?
If NIGHTS can follow sonics lead, then there is hope yet.

NiGHTS as a character is not Sonic. Even the majority of gamers def wouldn't recognize much of anything about the Saturn. Sonic as a character still sells games on his likeness alone.

I wish it were made better in some areas (I went back and played NiGHTS this week and the original controls much better) but the new one is worth playing. The core of the game is there, and you don't have to know the old one to get into this. It's not the most finely crafted thing ever, but it's pretty, simple and fun.

If a game like Z&W didn't sell like crazy, no way this would.

Z and W still hasn't been sold in Europe, so I belive it still has a chance and I know alot of people got Z and W for christmas.
