8GB is just sad, i figured they would go with at least 16GB.

Installs are only needed for ps3 because its blu-ray drive is slow as hell. 2x is the max read speed if I'm not mistaken.
Pretty sure if ninty intends to launch a blu-ra drive next year, it wont be the same 2x from 2005 so installs may not be needed 'cept for dlc.
