And? So what if it is? Kinect wasn't about bringing better games to the table, neither was the Wiimote, it was about putting Nintendo back on top and Microsoft wanted the same and it is working, continue playing it down if you like.

but im curious, do any of you xbox fans think that this is a "core" if not do you think kinect can do something more than that, that could make it a core game?

Forza 4, it's a normal game augmented with Kinect and perfectly playable without it. Kinect alone i'm sure could get a few neat games just like the Wii (SMG 1 & 2 and thats it) but the vast, vast majority of Kinect games are going to be shovelware (or simply would just control better on a regular controller), just like the Wii and this is well known ahead of time - the idea of Kinect was appeal to the casuals who bought into the Wii gimmick, be sold at a profit and get loads of exclusives, which it has.

Well if you're a proponent to motion controls being synonymous to shovelware games, i'd suggest you avoid the Wii, the PS3, IPAD/Iphone/iPOD, NDS, 3DS, the NGP and Xbox 360 bundled with Kinects..and PCS too. PSP should be ok tho.

Not motion controls just camera controlers, they don't work and my point was MS doesn't make any good games and all they are expanding on is shovelware

so what im a core player and i just recently bought kinect like 2 weeks ago ,  i been having fun with it and i guess games cant be fun are called shovelware also now

i dont care i have fun with kinect and im a core player obviously you have nothing better to do then to argue on a view that you prolly dont even have kinect or an xbox anyways
