I personally think the retro lancer needs a little tweaking (tune it down), but other than that, I think it's fine for the most part.

AT LEAST 2-1 pro-Playstation brand, compared to 360 or even Wii.  Poll after poll on here reveals that.   If you can get used to that, it should be ok.  What one does with a thread like this, is what matters.

There is also a reality that a site with sales numbers is going to draw in partisans in the console wars to plead and argue the case of the superiority of their console vs another one.  While one can end up using Metacritic scores as something objective, the REAL objective standard is sales numbers.  Partisans SO badly want their console of choice to outsell a rival console, they will cling to, and use, even estimate numbers that VGChartz uses.  And then you have them hanging onto the words that the Pachters of the world puts out.  Shoot, where else would you find individuals telling others to B_E_L_I_E_V_E about a system being "the future"?

Individuals who are a fan of a console, will end up acting like that when REALLY upset at the state of things.  Pro-Sony guys are FAR more moved by the outage than anyone else out there.  Multiconsole owners just play XBox more.  XBox partisans would end up doing a bit of taunting, but not that much.  If you are hardcore Sony, you feel Sony let you down in a BIG way.  This is a RROD issue on the Sony side, as far as getting annoyed at a company for messing things up.

I dont think that there is a possibility of Gears of War 3 being garbage.   They would have to stray so far from the original games to do this and from the early videos it shows they have not.   So Elpresadork you are a moron.

No I preordered the epic edition too  late to be in it,  kinda sucks,  but its ok.   I will enjoy it eventually i imagine

This guy is beyond retarded. Didn't give a single valid reason why this game is bad. I don't have a 360, and never played Gears, but I'm rather confident the game is good. This dude is a tool, couldn't finish watching his video.

There's nothing wrong with the game, it's just not for me. It's my personal preference that the DBS is a scrubby gun for noobs. They finally found a way to troll Gnasher users, the same way Gnasher users have been trolling Rifle users since Gears 1.

I can still kill most DBS users with my Gnasher, but sometimes I just trade kills (kill each other). I miss the shotty battles, and the Retro Lancer isn't helping.

I'm sure they will gain many new fans, but lose just as many vets that loved the first 2 games (Well maybe not Gears 2 lol). Good game, but it doesn't feel like Gears to me. Just another 3rd person shooter I can ignore.
