Seems like a good step in the right direction for Sony. Too bad the media isn't going to cover any of this because they only cover bad news.

Even if they don't have evidence of credit cards been raken, they offer to cover the costs of credit cards changes.

I am hearing from others that the 30-day PSN thing is for New and Existing PSN Plus members and not for non-Plus members.
