If you're talking about OtherOS, then you're wrong. That's an internet myth, OtherOS was never advertised by Sony. Show me an ad and I give you 1 year of sig control. The only real "advertising" was word of mouth by the users and the US military.

Check the back of your PS3 box if you still have it. That alone counts as an "Advertised feature".

Then you have various PR stunts.
