I quoted, but it never showed up, it also says there is 1 new post. All I said was that with deeper digging the link you showed may not have been the PSN hack. It was a hack of something, but not PSN specifically.

yeah i'm not worried about anything yet lol.
HIDE YO PASSWORDS, HIDE YO INFO, CAUSE DEY STEALIN EVERYTHIN ON DA PSN NOTWORK!
Until it's offically confirmed that someone got their info broken into and used/etcetc, there's not much reason to lose sleep over all of this. Now that the media is on this, they're gonna twist things around and make matters worse. Sony's image is gonna end up being more damaged than anyone's bank accounts.
Anyways, i'm glad my friend let me borrow Demon's Souls just as this happened....it's been keeping me pretty well entertained.....and frustrated...
It's awful that people's personal info was stolen, which clearly shouldn't have happened, but I think Sony's bigger blunder was in not coming clean from the getgo. How the crap do you sit around for a week not saying anything and then come out and tell everyone to start checking their credit card statements? That's inexcusable on so many freaking levels, it's disturbing. I feel bad for PSN users, and this story makes me wanna go delete my info off of XBL now, it'll save me money whenever I have an idea to impulse buy stuff anyway.
Anyone know what are the odds that they're able to figure out who the hackers are?

Some " positive " news regarding the whole PSN disaster :
Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the current outage of PlayStation Network & Qriocity services. We are currently working to send a similar message to the one below via email to all of our registered account holders regarding a compromise of personal information as a result of an illegal intrusion on our systems. These malicious actions have also had an impact on your ability to enjoy the services provided by PlayStation Network and Qriocity including online gaming and online access to music, movies, sports and TV shows. We have a clear path to have PlayStation Network and Qriocity systems back online, and expect to restore some services within a week.
We’re working day and night to ensure it is done as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

Nothing you didn't provide on Facebook already is in the hands of a hackerz.
If this hacker(s) was after your credit card, there is no need to worry or be upset about Sony not telling you 3 days ago, you have to wait till a fraud occurs to report it, unless you are scared shitless and want a new credit card which your bank may charge you depending on your bank and check account.

Oh man, Hitler was hilarious!
At least Duke Nukem comes out on May 6th....
Anyone can guess. It takes no effort to throw out lots of predictions and have some of them be correct. You are not and wiser or better for having your guesses be right. Even a blind man can hit the bullseye.
Apparently, Sony learned about this yesterday, at the beginning they only knew about the intrusion but found out that info had been compromised yesterday.
