Man that link must be getting hit hard. If my memory serves it was not down rather it was busy and the capacity issue lasted on and off for 11 days. It certainly was never down in the same way the PSN network was down. I feel your pain but this is kinda of misleading.

Still horrible that some people couldn't get on at all during that time and it was more then a capsity issue, and live you are paying for and it was for alot longer atleast Sony is fixing the problem and closing all the holes in their system 

You are joking right, now that it is directly effecting their revenue and integrity they are doing something about it. What about the downtime with the DDoS attacks and the continuous updates that crash user's hardware that Sony just turns a blind eye too.

Why would you be supporting them so much when they only care about their own integrity and revenue and have shown time and time again that they don't care about your needs..

Only they do, they are making good games and reliable hardware which they support and don't rip you off for every extra thing you buy for, and what downtime are you refering too? Not sure if it's my memory or the fact that it didn't effect anyone that makes me not remember 

Over the past two months PSN has become a complete and utter mess, how can you deny continuous downtime and fatal errors from PS not able to secure and develop their architecture correctly. You can back them all you want, but I would much rather pay $5 a month for a reliable, secure service, with continuous additions.

PSN is a free service you don't cancel a free service, and the senator is obvious ignorant to the reality of the situation or how common these hackers are on the net, and what lawsuit, theres nothing to build a case on right now if someone has already it won't be a very strong one

what I meant by canceling it is removing all information from their PS store and not using the service since Jan this year..

So uhh without using psn since january you know and have personally experienced the first bolded line right. I haven't had any problems signing in on my playstation ever until last wensday  and thats a given so you have proof to back up your bullshit?

I said they filed it, did I say it went through? Please stop trying to twist my words nothing pisses me off more.. These lawsuits will happen and Sony is going to lose alot of money they damn well should because trying to coverup and hide information about a confidentality leak is 100% illegal. You sit there and support the company that could have completely fucked you out of your money and try to defend this bullshit, you make me sick.

As for the other post, don't jump on me about bullshit, I stated what has happened to my friends and other I know that have PSN and having your information compromised when it is supposed to be secure on their server is nothing to joke about.. I canceled stop supporting and playing PSN because I saw just how greedy and underhanded Sony is, say what you want about bullshit facts, everything I stated there is 100% true.
