PSN cards, doesn't require any real info, as for the lawsuit you really need to read your own articles they filled for status they aren't even filling the lawsuit yet and won't beable too until psn users step forward and considering nothing has actually happened with the info and no1s credit card was stolen I seriously doubt it will get very far
