Did uncharted 2 really not make the chart until six weeks out? And that was during a time when the charts were longer too. Suffice to say U3 is gonna crush its opening.

Uncharted 3 and Infamous 2 numbers are terrible if you ask me. Yes, they sell good in the long run, but a considerable percentage of those sales come after price cuts and platinum editions.

Agreed. I want to see U3 post Gears numbers :P although I know we won't see that happen. I expect U3 to outsell Gears3 in the rest of the world (combined) though.

Agreed... it certainly should do... the userbase is larger outside of the US.  Its a failure if it doesnt.



No way Uncharted 3 is outselling Gears 3 total sales WW.  Just look at past sales of both franchises.  Unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying?

Anyways good stuff for the most part but VgChartz pre-order numbers are a bit off.  LA Noire is being pre-ordered much higher than Brink is.

LA noire pre orders should pick up soon, both versions should get close to 200k, thats going to be a huge WW launch 

gears is overtracked imo

infamous2 is going to easily outperform infamous1, preorders will definitly cross 150k and more than likely hit 200k. week 1 = 350k in americas

good to see battlefield,mass effect and uncharted arrive.

uncharted will cross 400k preorders imo,  it will have a WW launch week north of 1 million, maybe even close to 1.5.
