Are there any top FPS' without regen health now? The only one I can think of is Half-Life 2/ Episodes 1 & 2.


How do you define top? I absolutely loved Metro 2033 and it didnt have it.

really? correct me if I'm wrong but I remember it had one but it was very slow and you still had to rely on medpacks(mostly for mutants). Were you playing normal or ranger?

Whatever the bottom most one was. I remember looking forever for medpacks and being scared shitless whenever I was out. Especially when I was in the library, I remember taking down one of the librarian (if that's what it was called) with throwing knives cause I was out of ammo and I had no health whatsoever. What a great moment. You just don't get that in any new FPSes.

great, an OPTION never hurts anyone.

one possible side-effect of having regenerating health is that there crippled arms/legs might be out, does anyone know about that?

I was wondering about that myself. I always seemed to be missing a leg back when I ran through DE1 and it was a fairly defining feature for the game. I would assume so though.
