Uhm, what? How is being multiplatform whoring your stuff out? You're increasing your income so you can keep creating more games that are also hopefully better. Does Ubisoft whore their stuff out too? Activision? Valve? Rockstar? Konami? Microsoft? Nintendo? THQ?

Second of all, BioWare's games have been multiplatform for ages. When they were owned by Microsoft, the games were on both the Xbox and PC. I guess that means BioWare were whores before EA ever purchased them...

Microsoft never fully owned Bioware they were microsoft 2nd party , just like bizzare was

Microsoft never partially owned Bioware. Most bioware titles were actually third party. Microsofts only second party titles were Jade Empire and the original Mass Effect . They only published for Bioware when bioware or lucas arts weren't involved in publishing titles. EA is not only publishing now, but owning future IP's as well.
