Well, even though A Bad Clown still makes me wonder, I don't really think having my vote out there is doing any good at the moment.

I would have to agree that we need to rid this game of a lurker, however, I don't really know who, because there are quite a bit of them.

ok so I made 2 little stunts this game... one was posting this... (see quote below).... but with her activity, It is possible she just skipped it? in any case, it is a quote from the scotish thread in which I changed one word to make it scum... Not one person reacted to it, and I really everyone understood the sentence.

I know it's thin, but this and the absence even after "getting back home in a few days" makes me think she's the best choice for today.

 

my other little stunt I won't say as it may pay out, but it is about something that can make me confirm to all that the game is far from vanilla and most people have roles (heck there are 5/13 roles confirmed to me so far, with a SK... that makes picking the mafia a 50/50 ^^)

You are factually incorrect when you say Lynch and No Lynch first days both end in lylo under the same conditions (described above).  I snipped the other scenarios since the misunderstanding is the same in all of them. 

"N3 8 remain ; D4 is lylo" In fact, if there were 5 townies and 3 mafia, the town could No Lynch:  N4 would not end the game and D5 would occur.  This situation is known as mylo, where only a mislynch will end the game in scum's favor.  This is different from lylo because in lylo a (correct) lynch must occur to avoid town loss. 

If the town still has roles that can do interesting things at night when it gets down to mylo, it can be argued that adding the extra time on the clock was worth giving up the first day lynch.  However, my point was simply to correct that false assertion. 

just wanted to make sure that you were simply doing this to change lylo to mylo, because adding an extra no lynch....that would be 2 no lynches. 2 Shots the town had at lynching scum.

I am pointing out that you are wrong when you say no lynching would result in the game ending on the same day with one fewer lynch.  (In the quoted scenario, as well as the others you posted.)

It would result in the game ending on the NEXT day (at least) with one fewer lynch.  Not two fewer, one fewer -- because that second No Lynch is a lynch the "D1 mislynch" crowd DOESN'T HAVE in the first place, because the "D1 No Lynch" crowd GETS AN EXTRA DAY.

Trash could be modkilled, so we might want to lynch her just to get it out of the way, but on the other hand, leatherhat isn't making the best of efforts and actually included himself in discussions by referring to others as "we".
