Well, I don't think he's a good bet for scum, anyway.  (I am and have been perfectly aware of the "quote Linkz found" if you mean the one TOS refers to above.) 

As for leatherhat, he's an extreme lurker, and the few posts he has made actually make me suspicious of him.  It's like the perfect lynch.

I think he very well could have poisoned me. Is in my opinion likely to be scum and I could put all my effort into trying to get him lynched with what is most likely my final day.

That's essentially claiming the kill, because if he were merely the preventer of such a kill, he wouldn't be able to say the kill didn't come from mafia, and could outright say there's an arsonist actually.

Ugh, I've tried my darndest to reveal the information that I know (unless I'm being fucked over, as I stated), without losing my role, but you just aren't seeming to get it, so I give up on that aspect.

One death occurred last night from the so-called vig. One death will definitely occur tomorrow night (your poison). If vig is not able to kill, and someone is poisoned again, then tomorrow, your death will be the only one, equaling 2 night deaths by day 3 (repeat as needed).

One kill a night and one mislynch per day means not lynching day 1 is a wasted lynch with an odd number of players. 

We know there is more than one person capable of killing. Although only one person died tnight one it would be crazy to assume that there will be no deaths night 2 but me. Plus you yourself were even thinking that there was a kill missing yet you are now defending this idea of one kill a night in a way to defend linkz. Doesn't look good.
