Although, you're right about not getting the information. No matter what she flips, we're not going to get a lot of information from it, so in that sense, we DO still need to lynch. I just really would prefer no modkill and a lynch of my contribution. This is just like a random.org lynch, imo. I'd even rather have her hang around not playing for a few days until we can find a sub, and a proper lynch today.

Honestly, it's only a question of theory:  whether two categories or three exist.  I don't think it's detrimental to the game.

I categorized them into three types of claims because it's possible to mention your ability without actually roleclaiming in some scenarios, especially when your lying. Take for example me last game. I never actually admitted to being an absorber, not once, until somewhere in the very end of the game. I lured everyone into believing I was an absorber without admitting to it. I used words like echo, etc etc.

I don't think this discussion is sidetracking the game, contrary, I feel obligated to explain this new rule I'm trying out.

I believe it is very important to explain it fully. Also, I'd say there's a fourth category even: flavor. It's essentially linked to name as "ability" is linked to "role." It's basically describing the character either by paraphrasing the role PM or from the actual theme.

Also, been meaning to ask this for a while, but since I've been avoiding something(lol) I keep forgetting. Saying "I'm not vanilla" or "I have a power" will not forfeit the next chance to use an ability right?

Since I just said I'm suspicious of you, I might as well explain why.

Saying we're in the serious busniess phase implies that the vote wasn't serious when it occured, but the HoS does show you're serious about suspecting Wonk. It's not like Wonk was in any danger of being lynched, so why the downgrade from a vote?
