I think you're confused. You can say "I am town" without losing any possible power that you have. There's still no reason to believe such a claim of course. If you say "I am a *GameEnder*, and at night I can choose to immediately end the game" and you are indeed *GameEnder*, then regardless of your alignment, you would lose that power.(It is yet unclear whether you'd lose it for one night or for the rest of the game)

Hatzmoza said don't hint at our roles or we lose them, saying "I'm pro town" would hint at part my role. I will not claim either any side, and as I've said I'd prefer to not jepardize my role by saying something simple as "I'm pro town"

Did I specifically say "A first day lynch between 12 (trashleg quit) townies"? There cannot possibly be 13 townies. How would you assume she's town from that?

Of course everyone isn't a townie. You(and prof as well) immediately say we shouldn't lynch if she's modkilled. You say it'd be a bad option for town, which implies you already know she is town. The next sentence even makes it as a statement of fact.

Nowhere does it say you cannot give your name or your alignment (wierdly I thought he said no nameclaim but I can't find it again, so I guess I missread the roleclaim or ability part).

I don't see why he'd make roleclaims illegal but make name claims OK, it looks like he's even trying to stop name claims with "role doesn't equal alignment". Your characters name is technically part of the role so I'm not risking saying mine.

Only prof has said he'd go for a no lynch if Trash is lynched (which I find odd for him, usually he's trying to get someone lynched anyways), I said I'd probably wind up doing a no lynch since the beggining.

Yes, completely ignore the last two sentences, as they aren't the actual damning evidence that you already know her alignment. It doesn't matter that you already wanted to no lynch, it's that you already say it will be a bad option if we're down to 12 players.
