No the vote was for him not posting yet. Although having posted elsewhere since the game started.
Not saying what the vote was for was to cause the discussion.

That's actually a fairly good answer, but as Heph said there's no reason hat(or any mod) would answer such a question unless the game was open.(all existing roles known beforehand) |
By open do you mean still in the sign ups?
Anyway by him not answering and hephs response I'm pretty sure of the answer now. :(

Oh, well that was very much not obvious, to me at least.
My vote on prof was to cause some discussion, and I'm pretty satisfied with what I got from it. Just about anyone would've done fine, but prof was chosen specifically for reasons I still don't care to share. However, since I have no read on him either way it is time for:
Unvote: theprof00
I do strongly feel there should be a lynch day one, so the next time I'm back online I'll be voting for someone I do think is scum, and likely trying to push for their lynch at that. That is unless a lynch train has already begun, in which case I'll obviously have to analyze it.

Open is explained in the paranthesis. It's like if I hosted a game of 4 players and said it was 1 mafia, 1 doctor, and 2 vanilla townies.
hat's silence says nothing either way, and Heph's response shouldn't tell you anything

I have know that most of the last games we played were vanilla without them being open. I know I should have asked hat before it started but I forgot to since I was hoping I might get an answer even now though I asked anyway.
Why shouldn't hephs responce tell me something he doesn't think it's vanilla. In adition to what else he said I think he'd have a reason to. As for hat if he was just hosting another vanilla game I don't think he'd be afraid to say so. Since he said nothing on top of hephs answer I have a feeling it's not vanilla.

sorry I thought it was obvious since vett hadn't posted at all in here yet and when he came on saw the vote on him and said why.
and as for you feeling strongly that there should be a lynch at least that means there will soon enough be more things to discuss.

I really wanted to argue against your vote to create some discussion and discover some "siding" etc etc, but then I immediately remembered my promise of no gambits.

I can't elaborate as I can't put my finger on it... which is why I didn't put a finger of suspicion either :p

shit I have to admit though that everyone is playing a lot better, whether it be due to environmental circumstances or something else, I'm finding it hard to get a read. There was no real joke discussion, or any of the other things that usually triggers my tell-sense.
As it stands, I'm willing to lynch a lurker.

It doesn't have to be in depth, but I think we would all appreciate even just a little something. |
I was actually waiting for Linkz to ask this question, to which I would respond, "why do you think I did or do have a reason to answer that question?"
But for you, I'll give a real answer, to wit: I am having a hard time coming up with a good reason for Linkz to, being protown, refuse to answer the same question, since it's the first day and I don't believe he could possibly have obtained information e.g. a cop investigation.
I specifically don't know why he should hold back if he's found some incriminating thing in your posts to date.
I also don't like the manner in which he previously had been dodging the question; it would have been more town-like of him IMO to straightforwardly decline to answer from the beginning rather than dance around it. If his objective was to try to keep his refusal to answer out of the spotlight, he should IMO have declined to respond to TOS's "I see" post, which he also did not do.
If we're going to lynch someone other than a lurker, he's my favorite by far so far.

This feels like you already got a very specific target, so I pretty much wonder who it could be.
