just looking for some very cursory reason why you voted linkz.
It doesn't have to be in depth, but I think we would all appreciate even just a little something.

I see, so it wasn't a random.org vote but it was still random. |
I'll give you it was semi-random, but I chose to vote for prof specifically.

Can you add some random flavor? Like what Linkz and Trucks did like having an unamed person die a certain way. That might get some people interested in talking again. |
Unlikely, as that doesn't add any actual content. I said it before, but I'll say it again now. If the game is slow, then do something about it. Don't wait for others or blame the mod. Scum want days to idle out. I tell you this because even though you've given me a couple of scumtells already, I get the feeling you are town.

Are you just bored? Because it's a little too obvious of a mistake to have responded to. In fact, after writing this last line, I went through the thread again. You've responded to a very high percentage of others' posts. Are you bored? |
I had no intention of answering this, since my actions so far speak for themselves. However, since ABC jumped in with an answer I'm going to give it a go.
I'm not bored, nor was that my "you monster" quote. I responded to that post because I've been anticipating P2 and the quote made me smile. It doesn't say anything about TOS's alignment to me.
With that and being caught up,(not that it was difficult with only 12 posts over 6 hours :( ) I'm going to play me some P2! :)

ah, I guess I switched you for trucks accidentally. I would make the point that it still seems somewhat unnecessary, but making that point would be unecessary as well.
thank you for the reply.

1I would disagree, as I think it says plenty, but obviously you can intrepret it any way you like. TOS's question was answered which was my main intent. 2.Why do you question my vote after just saying the following?
|
1. I only pointed that out because although you answed TOS you didn't say why you did vote though.even when you gave all that extra info.
2. First since you said it wasn't random.org I wanted to know the reason. Second I wanted to put a vote out to cause discussion.* That's why I then myself voted but put no reason. Although the reason was pretty obvious.
* sad part about that is that I was getting into a discussion with Heph last night after he voted me and before I could reply again my internet went down. So that one wasn't able to go anywhere.

I'm not sure if I fully understand you. What exactly makes it a less simple decision? |
Because in a more complex game you can't count on it just being one night kill. So going for no lynch on the first day would leave it more open for the town to get an extra day latter. Nothing guaranteed but knowing the game is more complex would make me lean more towards no lynch on day one even with odd numbers. So less simple than "the numbers are odd lets lynch".

and there are many different flavors besides vanilla, last round was a peculiar one, but there are many more. |
sorry that my internet died last night and you didn't get to read my awesome reply.
considering how little has been mentioned of the topic since I first brought this up it's pretty clear they aren't taking the question apon themselves. :)
Yes I know there are many flavors (some more evil than others) that doesn't mean I can't prefer vanilla over other types.

So just to be clear, your reason for the vote was to cause discussion?

That's actually a fairly good answer, but as Heph said there's no reason hat(or any mod) would answer such a question unless the game was open.(all existing roles known beforehand)
