Honestly i just want rumors about some new games. And i am talking about some new fucking IP's. Nintendo hardware is useless without the games.

Wrong. It's the embracing of these rumors as fact and confirmed that is bothering me. Have some common sense and recognizing tabloid news spreading from actual information.

What did you expect? it's going to be six years since the Wii was released. It's old and feels old. At least we know why Nintendo has not focus on it lately, they are preparing a replacement.

And it's not the release that I'm calling on. It's the posting of past assumptions of the next system, when Nintendo has been very clear it's not going to be about tech or features, but about hit games they can't do on the system, but based on the control, not specs.

It's always been about the consoles, features, tech, you just never realized it. If it wasnt, we wouldn't have new generation of playing the same games over and over again.

Is this thread an attempt to call out the rumours for what Wii 2 will be completely ridiculous? If so I completely agree . But I still think Nintendo will unveil their console 2011. Heck they can even mention it but not say anything about its controllers or release date like they did with the Wii in 2005. I guess we can argue if it will release next year (which is not completely ridiculous)  but Wii 2 will probably get mentioned this year at E3. 

And excuse my ignorance but is Nintendo the only ones suffering from pre-E3 rumours so far?

LtKN is actually right about this though, touchscreen controllers is one of the rumors that popped up five or six years ago.

It's not "leaks" until it comes from within Nintendo - and 6" touchscreen controllers are unfeasible in too many ways. A 6" touchscreen is pretty expensive for Nintendo to expect you to buy one for every player.

I mean I'll eat my words if these things turn out to be real, but I'd make a bet to the effect that it'll end up being proven dead wrong in eight or nine weeks.

It's in the hands of developers, they are the one leaking those infos.

No, Nintendo making the next system is not going to be be because of specs and features. There is a difference, so don't condescend to me if you are just going to ignore the context of my comments.

Viper1 is not Edge, IGN, Gameinformer, kOTAKU

I am SURE that Nintendo is working on their next system and that it will be out in Q4 of 2012, what I DONT BELIEVE is that it will show it at this year E3, is just too early to speak or show anything about it. They don´t have the games (much less the third parties) ready and it will remove the focus from the Wii for this holyday, so it doesn´t make financial sense.
