FireRed. It's the same as Blue/Red/Green but just a lot better and prettier. I do think Black/White are the best Pokemon games but FireRed is still my  favorite.

Emerald was my favorite.  because it not only fixed the problems with Ruby/Sapphire, but had the most added content for a third version of a Pokemon games.  As well as just being addicting.

In contrast, I kind of lost interest with Crystal and Platinum halfway through.

Blue because I bought Red and a Gameboy for my GF at the time and it got her addicted, so I got blue to play along side her. 100's of hours of fun for us.
