I'm usually skeptical  of last minute review embargos, but I'm sure the reviews are going to be good for this game.

Plenty of games have had embargo's up until the day of release and turned out 9.XX scores so it's not really antyhing to be worried about, it's just devs wanting reviewers to play the game throughly and not rush and get a review up for the sake of hits.

Like I said, I expect good reviews. Say for example this embargo was on -pffft- Resistance 3. I would be very worried.

I don't think, for whatever game, coming out at whatever stage, an embargo as any sort of effect on sales. Conduit 2 seemingly as the same embargo and that's going to score very differently to MK and Portal (another one which will score well and has an embargo)

Well, I'm not worried, and as so many SF fans like to point out, MK isn't a fighting game for competitions anyway. So who care's? it's still gonna be kick ass.

Well, that's depressing.

I'm still confident the game will get great reviews. I bolded review because I didn't want anyone to confuse that with sales .
