Why did you think Kwaad was a muslim? If it was because of the catholic comment (which was stupid and he deserved to be banned for it) im sure there are people from many other religions that make these comments as well. You should meet some of the anglicans in my area, spouting all kinds of shit about catholics, fucking racists.

Because no other mods will (nor do they have the right to) reverse the ban or lessen it.   You could also message BenKenobi or DKII actually.  The rest of us have no right to reverse the decisions of another.  Spamming the forums with it is not productive and it's more likely to get you banned than Kwaad unbanned. 

Understand though that we spend all day babysitting these forums for no pay, reward, or even a thanks,  and you spamming the forums with "Why was this guy banned" in every topic you find is not going to end well for you.  There is a proper way to appeal a ban or mod decision, and this is not it.  So drop it.

Oh dear God, a 13 year old boy touched a girl. Aaaaaaaa.......big deal. If the other students are dumb enough to allow such behaviour (in Poland that guy would have definitely gotten his record set straight after the first attempt, and by the very girl he tried to molest) it's no wonder that things like this happen.

Although sometimes i wonder just how serious this is, especially since i heard not long ago that a pre-school kid got suspended for "sexually harrassing" his young female teacher. Only thing about it is that the harrassment was reported to be a simple hug during which the kid laid his head on the teachers breasts and moved a bit. It is a pure WTF moment. If kindergarden teachers were so touchy during my pre-school years, i would have ended up in jail at the age of 5.

To explain, when i was a little kid, i loved every single women that i deemed nice, and would show my feeelings by throwing myself on that lady to hug her. Without a doubt, i was a true lady's man back then ;).

 Damn, WTF happened to you since then? :P
