well the purple teletuby is friend with the sun or whatever the hell that thing is. I think it's a baby but I'm not too sure. 

And don't the teletubys live in a technological advance burrow? The purple teletuby can hide his ass underneath the world as he sends nuclear missile strike across the entire world.

Tinky Winky had that purse if I remember correctly, I think it was established that it contained the severed heads of all the drifters he murdered during his "drifter phase" in season 2....

Barney - he's a freaking dinosaur. Sure, he might say "I love you" and act all lovey-dovey, but dinosaurs are extinct...but he's still alive. Imagine the cold, calculating, cunning mind that he has to possess to even exist at this point. I have no doubt that he would mutilate any and all tubby challengers, not only using his physical prowess, but also his amazing mental capacity.

I still think tinky winky has the upper hand in technology and the fact that he is friends with a baby infested star. Barney also has friends but they are children that are not solar and his dinosaur friends can't help Barney survive a worldwide nuclear holocaust.  They could win if they find tinky winky's burrow first before he hacks to the world's data base controlling nuclear missiles which shouldn't be hard since teletubby's have an unusual attraction to kids and always spy on them on their televised stomachs which could lead them to their downfall so I guess in this case Twinky Winky does lose..... But then Barney and friends have to kill the sun and I don't think a purple dinosaur can kill the sun.

If it was on brute strength, Barney would win just because he's taller. If Twinky Winky has time to hide underneath his burrow before Barney finds him, Twinky Winky wins. If Twinky Winky actually has a gun in his purple purse, then he would win. Either way we both win if one of them die but it is the children who lose their valuable PBS character although I much rather them watch Arthur but that show isn't as funny as it was in the 90's.....

I'd go with the Purple Teletubby.

Barney's hands are pretty usless, just like a T-rex.

While his teeth look like a humans teeth... so not that effective.

While the Teletubby has regular hands that would be useful in combat... and don't their antenaes shoot weird beams or something?
