Despite the fact that this is most likely fact, it does bring up the point that SE keeps avoiding the elephant in the room.  Final Fantasy has gotten to the point that its fanbase rejects change, while at the ame time a large majority of them are not just requesting but demanding a remake of FFVII.

Now I'm definitely in the camp of 'FFVII was lackluster' and 'we don't need any more FF ports or remakes'.  But I think this game is the one exception of the FF series that actually needs a remake.  Unlike nearly any other title in the series, this game did not stand up to the test of time in either graphics or plot.  And even later prequels and sequels of the game, such as Crisis Core, have a more coherent storyline and character development that should be improved upon if the game ever sees a remake.

In short, I didn't like FFVII much, but even I agree the game could and should get a remake.

If anybody is honestly convinced by this I'll take the time to do a point-by-point breakdown of all the reasons it's clearly fake, but it should be pretty clear by itself. 

They should change the email date to 1st April then it would be real.

I'm not buying this.  If they were trying to attract a freelance employee some of the details mentioned are not relevant to the job while many relevant details are missing.

lol i just hope if it is true that it will be NGP/PS3...to port it from NGP to PS3 will be no fukkin problem...i mean FF VII fans are crying for a console-remake for about 5 years and if Sony only put this on a handheld...ohoh Sony...
