The EU PlayStation Blog has announced a new EyePet game due for release later this year.

The new game, which will require the use of a PlayStation Move controller, will feature two of the adorable little fur balls which you can raise seperately or together.



Alongside the introduction of a second creature to care and nurture, the game will introduce new features such as user created content.

In the new EyePet, there’s a whole new world of customisable fun to be had: Need a new toy to keep your furry friend entertained or a new outfit for a special occasion? No problem! Head over to the Creativity Centre where you’ll be able to expand the world you and your EyePets live in as you use your PlayStation Move controller to create and customise your very own content.

The original EyePet was developed by Sony Computer Entertainment's London Studio and Playlogic Game Factory and was released in 2009, with a Move version in 2010.

The first Eypet was okay, but only if you got the Move update. The friggin pad was a pain to use.

Good for fans i guess, id much rather have a Move Hot Shots Golf, i mean WTF sony??? THat could move a bunch of...Moves i guess

cool...i guess they will add like 100 new things to do this time...maybe this will pick up even faster than the first...

Good for the kids I guess... Release it with a huge marketing campaign righnt near xmas, Would do well I think.
