Superman, if we keep the rules about how their powers work stable. Goku has more raw power in the outset, but he expends the power as he uses it, whereas Superman's strength remains constant, and Supes is functionally invulnerable so Goku could beat the hell out of him, but would only wear himself out in the end.

How about that time Doomsday and him took each otehr out.

If Doomsday can take Supes then theres no reason Goku cant.
