Peyton Hillis is a monster. Too bad he's stuck on the lowly Browns. I feel so bad for players like him, Joe Thomas, Alex Mack, Eric Steinbach, Joe Haden, TJ Ward and Ahtyba Rubin. They should all come to the Giants.

They aren't so lowly- they may have only had five wins but they were against the top teams in the league. Plus they had the absolute toughest schedule of any team. They just blew their last games because of poor coaching decisions (Delhomme back in, Hillis rarely utilized).

5 wins is lowly. You can't sugarcoat that no matter who you won against. You're still on a coaching carousel too. Drafting high for so long will also keep you in cap hell for a good long while. It's fun to have premiere talent, but good luck trying to resign Joe Thomas, Peyton Hillis and Ahtyba Rubin after this season and Joe Haden, TJ Ward, Eric Steinbach, Colt McCoy and your 2011 top 10 pick(DaQuan Bowers?) over the next few seasons.

Browns are in the mid range of teams for salary cap- so we should be able to afford to keep the bulk of the young players. Not everyone, but certainly Hillis, Thomas and a few others.

If he was not going against THE Aaron Rodgers, he would've gotten my vote.

Peyton Hillis was the supportive backbone for my Fantasy Football the entire season; unfortunately he petered out towards the end, but damn, did I appreciate his consistency.

He only petered out because the coaches stopped running him as much. For some reasone I don't understand.

Their playoff dreams were already ended at that point in the season. No reason to risk injuring their best player in meaningless games.

When you only have five wins on the season you don't give up at the risk of injury.

Then again, they have to start thinking about next season.
