Yeah, could potentially work well.  We are all patiently waiting for feedback on AVS forums... First shippment goes out this week.

While it really doesn't matter for PS3 (since PS3 signal is always 60hz), most DLP projectors out there work at up to 85hz at certain resolutions when using a PC. I am currently on a hunt for one that does 1080p at 85hz...

I see...but at the same time it doesn't appear to be true. It probably does that fake 100/120 hz image smoothing but the signal it accepts isn't higher than 75hz.

I checked out the manual here - http://www.projectorcentral.com/Panasonic-PT-AE4000U.htm

Of course, all this may be speculation on my end as the adapter could only work in 2 modes (120 hz and 60 hz).
