if I recieved a PM and didn't yet respond... I didn't get it.

Go make my Quick topic! I want  to keep a memo explaining exactly what I'm doing before my train of thoughts begin to degrade.

The title of that quick topic thread sent a chill down my spine. Are you implying that there are scum roles more powerful than mine?

This is how we will proceed. The first one to fight him will have the first chance to win, but also to die. You will vote on which one of you should fight him and at Dusk every day we will have a fight between your chosen one and Gorky.
It is reminded however that should you fail to come back here, I will let Gorky pay you a visit in your sleep.

I read that last part as: If we go for a No Lynch (or I should say No Gorky). He's still going to kill one of us at night?

What do you guys think?

That's a really good catch.  So dare we risk a no lynch if Gorky kills a (at least what we believe to be) random person?

Is that some buddying I'm seeing between Baal and Hat?

Vote: Baal

First day lynch!

Not quite certain how on earth you see buddying of any sort there.  You also happened to do the exact same thing last game...that is, look for early, unreliable, and very debatable evidence just to put a vote out for somebody.  You also happened to be mafia last game.

Does anybody happen to know if it is normal behavior of dsis to find the craziest of reasoning for a vote on day 1 no matter what his role is?

as thepof once told me scum are often quick to respond to things. I don't intend on doing this much more but I won't make any promises.

Don't worry, I'm making a note of your comments, myself.

Also, you fail to realize the main purpose of bringing up tells. To make mafia think you're in their face. Tells themselves are hardly worth anything, but in the right situations, they are very handy to know.

For example, and I'm willing to sacrifice this one to WIFOM, because last game all 4th voters were scum, mafia are probably going to avoid that 4th vote. They have GIVEN the tell power. However, now that I say it, it will further be impossible to predict due to WIFOM. However, had I not said it, I could;ve had a pretty reliable town tell. You'll learn in time wonk.

The impression I get from your play style is that you have good instincts on who might be scum and your collection of tells is your way of communicating your suspicions to the town because you know we won't follow you just based on your instincts.

The way I see it (correct me if I'm wrong) is that reading the thread you get a bad vibe from a player THEN you go back and see if that player fits some of your tells to both secure your feeling and to make it easier for you to push for that player's lynch.

so you think gorky and scum aren't related?
