I think it's pretty much a given that Rising will incorporate Move controls in the game.

Could this be a big seller for the Move?

Especially if they bundle MGS Rising (PS3) discs with a demo for MGS5

I don't know. Many lost opportunities with the fps and tps shooter games that came out lately and don't have it, I wouldn't be surprised not to see Move support for many future games that some people wish they had it.

Move on MGS Rising is a no brainer. And Konami seems to support PS3 really well. I don't see why they wouldnt include it.
