Oh Capcom, your at it again!
Years ago when we had multiple versions of Street Fighter on the market most people groaned but they still bought them. Looks like Capcom is at it again according to this UK ratings board.

What's in this you say? Well outside of re-beating the Arcade mode AGAIN for more achivements, this will include Yun and Yang, Evil Ryu and Oni (Basically Shin Akuma) and other gameplay balances. Just recently in Japanese arcades Evil Ryu and Oni were unlocked.
How much will this cost? I hope to god no more then $30, though it should be $10 for the promises Capcom kept making saying it would never come in disc form and that they were done with SFIV disc releases.
