I am very surprised by the results. I would say over 18 abnormal, and if 20 or older to be weird. It is not necessarilly a healthy thing to not have that sort of intimate contact with other human beings.

True. It will probably lead to dysfunction.

It doesn't become weird at any given age.

And it will always be weird if you keep desperately trying to score, regardless of age.

Why the double standards?

why double standards?

i was trying to express that there is no certain age that makes it weird to be a virgin, but a certain behaviour.

Why is not having sex OK, but having sex not OK?

He's saying it isn't wierd to be a virgin, but it is weird if you are going out every night trying to have sex, hitting on girls, and stuff. At least that's what I got from it.

On topic: I don't think it ever really becomes weird to be a virgin. I'm waiting till marriage till I have sex, but that's just a personal  choice.

I undertsand now. I still see it as adouble standard though. Why is it OK for someone to deliberately avoid to have sex, while it's bad to deliberately try to have sex?

LOL. Quit it with the watermark!

And the video doesn't work.

EDIT: LOL, bastard! I still don't see  how I'm old fashioned and not the "virgin 'till marriage crowd". Oh well.

Okay....Agreeing to disagree with Sapphi is fine with me as far as the stance on virginity goes. My personal choice is waiting until marriage. But about the question of the double standard...

From a purely objective standpoint, I'd say that it's not okay to deliberately try to have sex because it can affect other people, whereas abstinence doesn't have the potential to hurt anyone. After all, it's a choice that you have to make. It's not forced on you.
