My local Game shop have 3DSs for tomorrows premiere.

Unfortunately I won’t be buying it... why?

After 5 min I felt dizzy and sick.

Its probably me, I had similar symptoms with 3D TV, no problems with 3D cinema.

If you thinking about getting one, try it first.

Thats why the biggest plus for me is you can turn off the 3D. Which really without the 3D it is still a updated handheld in many ways. So, when theres enough worthwhile games and it doesnt cost the same as my Wii did new ill be picking one up.

Yeah, I've heard that in a number of reviews.  I'm sure it's not huge, but people should inquire first if 3d is the big reason you're buying it.

I've never tried watching a 3DTV I always thought if the theater didn't make me sick then neither would 3DS. Oh crap I'm alittle worried I have the 3DS pre-ordered. If I can't enjoy the 3D then I would hold off on a purchase for awhile. I hope this is not the case with me.

In Canada the 3DS isn't in many places. In BC they just had it in Vancouver and I couldn't make it out to check it out. I get really car sick I really hope the 3DS doesn't make me sick.

Now everyone always says well you can turn the 3D off. No the whole reason I want the 3DS is so that I can play my video games in 3D. Playing them in 2D just wouldn't cut it for me. Of course I will enjoy Nintendo's future titles in 2D if I have too. But I want to play everything in 3D, I don't want to miss out on the biggest selling feature of the hardware.

TV, Cinema and the 3DS 3D all work in differnet ways and could effect you differently.

turn the 3D down, Cinema is at a low setting.

I've played the 3DS for 2 hours straight with maximun 3D and I feel fine. The 3D affect actually improved for me the more I played it. So yeah it must be down to the individual.
