Well considering GT is driving sim, not a racing sim. So I guess no one has to give a damn about this as nothing was stolen since GT never had that crown.

Current console "racing sims" would probably be... F1? Nascar? Forza. There isn't many is there.

Yeah and you can't really go more than a few km/h or mph over the speed limit IRL unless you have access to a race track, in addition to what you said. 


come to germany! speed limit haha :)  to bad more and more streets in germany get a speed limit as well but hey we still have most of our interstates/freeways or whatever you call it in your country without a speed limit.


Haha oh yeah I forgot about the Autobahn. That's the only exception I can think of!

EDIT: maybe its not just the TopGear US that is included in this but probably meant to be more patriotical perhaps but TopGear UK will still have a showing perhaps.... 

Forza 4 with an open world to drive around in?  STOP THE MADNESS!  I was trying to get myself content with Forza 3, and GT5.

if they name would be Turn 100 i guess the game would be looking 100 times better than 3 ^^

for me as a GT5 fan its interesting to see...im excited about the open-world thing...sounds cool...lets see how it graphically looks like...for me GT5 graphics wasnt that great...i mean in normal areas with normal weather...the night/rain/desert locations were god-like but the rest not so...

Open world got my attention. If they went the Test Drive Unlimited route I would have to pre-order ASAP.

Well actually its a no brainer at this point.

So far there are 2 Full forza games this gen, both above 90% averages on metacritic. By the end of this year there will be 3 possible AAA forzas this gen. 

So far this gen PS3 has only seen one full GT game this gen, which has an average in the 80's on metacritic.

So right there.......Forza has GT beat in quality and quantity this gen.

But also there were the flaws GT5 had as a video game such as poor menus, bad music, 800 PS2 car models, no cockpit views in those 800 cars, online is poor compared to forza 3, no car personalization compared to forza........u get the idea.

GT can be argued to be a better sim......but forza has sim qualities as well but wat makes it superior is that its simply a better video game.

We are gamers after all and forza recognizes that. not to be a fanboy, but the facts are evident.

Can we get a ruling now that anyone comparing Forza to GT in future threads will get banned, I'm sick to death of the same old childish bitching.
