Nice, the 2500k is a beast. I think it actually outperforms that i7 you had selected. Good call on upgrading the GPU as well.
Your choice of motherboards is somewhat limited due to the 1155 chipset, but this one seems pretty good.
This one is a bit cheaper due to being a micro ATX, and would probably be good as well.
If you dont like either of those, just browse the selection in the LGA 1155 section and find one that has the features you want. Be sure the one you choose supports the higher DDR3 RAM (1600 ), and has 4 memory slots and you shouldnt have much trouble. Also make sure it has a PCIe 2.0 slot for your graphics card.
You will also have to change the RAM you were going to buy to some dual channel stuff. 8GB DDR3 will be plenty.

Thanks a lot :) You have been the most help I've had. Ill go with the first motheboard you sent me because I wasnt for sure what the micro ATX meant. I'll look for some different RAM too like you said
Is this good RAM?

What. No. GTX 465 is pretty much the only BAD choice you could have made out of many possible good choices (460, 560, 6870, 6950)
Use this chart:

Anything not on the scale is poor value.

A godo motherboard is the cheapest one made by Asus, Gigabyte or MSI that supports your CPU.

I assumed he went with that card because he didnt want to spend over $200 on a graphics card, and wants Nvidia. I honestly don't know shit about Nvidia cards, so I'm assuming you are correct =D.

I would probably get RAM thats rated for 1600MHz, Gskill and Corsair get pretty good reviews.

Looks fine to me. They all function about the same, just some tend to be more reliable than others. As long as you dont get a lemon, I'm sure it'll be good.
