am i blind or what? Crysis 2 didn't look any better than kz2 in the C2 MP demo on the 360...

imo, the best looking game still is God Of War 3...think about it. just THINK about it, and you'll see why i say this.

The in game vid I saw running on 360 was also nothing better than Killzone2. Strange what we as gamers waste our time on...

Crysis 2 is not the best looking game on consoles. I think that is pretty much established. Now if the single player looks significantly better than the multiplayer then maybe it will be the best looking.

Now lets all wait till E3 and see what Codename:KIngdoms looks like. We can see what the CryEngine 3 can look like when optimized for one console.

I agree with this. Uncharted 2 > all. Except maybe God of War 3.

I mean if Crysis was exclusively worked on ps3, and if crytek actually knew how to use ps3 tech like Guerilla Games, Santa Monica, and Naughty Dog. It would EASILY be the best looking. You guys have to admit the Cryengine 3 has the best engine but they do not know how to optimize the ps3 to its full advatnage.

KZ3 > U2 > GoW3 > KZ2

The first three are very very in the same league so a lot comes down to personal preference.

Although this is a performance analysis, we would like to express that the graphics in Crysis 2 and Killzone 3 appear bars above the competition. First off, it’s clear that Killzone 3 graphics engine has received some major tweaking from it’s predecessor. Considering how bad ass Killzone 2 looked we expected Killzone 3 to look slightly better, but that’s simply not the case. The amount of Deferred lighting, particles and post-processing effects occurring the entire time you’re playing are absolutely mind blowing. Killzone 3 has set the graphical bar once more, and the attention to detail is on a level of its own. Let it be known, Killzone 3 has dethroned Killzone 2 as the best looking First Person Shooter plain and simple. On the other hand, Crysis 2 by no means is not a graphical slouch and Honestly, Killzone 3’s graphics can’t be matched by any other games far. So, the only question that remains, with Killzone 3 being  a graphical powerhouse  that it is, “what type of performance levels should we expect”? Well, we have the answers you’re looking for.

Lens of truth are a bunch of amateurs Digital foundry are much better and more profesional. Not saying they are wrong in this case but they aren't the best, most knowlagable or most objective arround (they do tend to lean towards 360 especially on non ghraphics topics on their site)

To be frank digitalfoundry is too prefessional to make any of this vs comparisons between two different games.
