Same for me! GoW III simply looks amazing, still the best looking game for me too. Even Uncharted 2 didn't impress me as much as God of War III.

Why do people type like this?

Are they trolling, or do they think that making it impossible for people to take them seriously is worth it as long as they save a few keystrokes? Keystrokes that take a fraction of a second to make...

I agree that God of War III could be the best looking console game but the character model for Hera was terrible, the textures on Hepaestus were terrible, and Aphrodite and the other girls were average character models. Either they ran out of time doing those characters or they had a guy do them that hopefully got fired after the game was made.

With that said I'm undecided on Uncharted 2 or God of War III. There were parts of God of War III that were unbelievable but with those character models annoying the hell out of me everytime I see them I think I'll give the nod to Uncharted 2. I don't remember any parts in UC2 that looks inferior to the rest of the game. Consistency is the key.

EDIT: So just to make you happy I'll go and buy Heavy Rain Move Edition in the next 2weeks or so. (1st time I tried the game I didn't get into it. I've come to accept that these things happen and its usually due to my state of mind and not the product)

I agree partly. The Hera character model was really ugly and Aphrodite and the other girls only looked mediocre (or a bit better), but I thought that Hephaestus looked pretty good. Anyway, even with two or three mediocre looking character models it still holds the crown for me, especially because I thought that the lighting is better than in Uncharted 2. But it's really a hard decision, they both look amazing.

2011 will be interesting, actually... it is already. There are several games releasing this year which could come close to, look equal to or surpass Uncharted 2 and God of War III. Killzone 3 was the first one, Crysis 2, Rage, Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3 and The Last Guardian could be the next ones. Currently I would say Uncharted 3 will be the best looking game of 2011, but we'll see when all these games are released.

Yeah, all these games really did something that impressed me, but I would put Uncharted 2 above Heavy Rain and Killzone 3 (although it's still a really hard decision for me).
