So....

I'd much rather a cop clear Notstan down the line than lynch him today...A protown roleblocker is a very powerfull tool.

I wouldn't put all my hopes in the intervention of a cop since the combinaison of tracker and watcher could very well be in play to replace the cop.

well he's also likely to die tonight, if he lives there's always tomorow.

Hat definitely isn't gonna protect him and will protect outlaw instead ^^

ok anyone wants to talk some more before I hammer, there's really no sense in me not doing so as he'll get lynched anyways.

Although I do agree on all the arguments against him (and again, I was the first to point out that he should have known Hat was telling the truth), i'm still not 100% on him being mafia.

In any case, if he is... don't forget the orange joke from the start ^^

OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoO

will come back in a few hours to hammer if no one pops up (like that it'll be evening for the EU and the US and most everyone should be able to put in their eventual night actions quickly! yay ^^).

non votes are nostan darth ABC and MG

other possible hammers are trucks, Wonk and myself.

I'll let the reality speak for itself.

Notstan, who would you block tonight, given your thoughts at this very point in time?

Also @ Heph

I've gone through the scenarios. The only way Hat could be lying is if he, outlaw, and notstan are all in on it.

I'd give the benefit of the doubt for the night, allowing the supposed bodyguard to roam free and roleblock a target whom I have slight suspicions about, in this particular case being MetalGear.

Oh snap. I wrote out a long ass post but Opera ended up crashing on me so I lost the progress that I had *Shakes fist at the Shockwave plugin*, unfortunately as I am heading off to bed I can't another long-ass post, will try to repost it either during the day tomorrow or during the evening, depends when I get home.

I don't know what your long ass post contained but here's what I would want you to address:

With the notion that you knew you had blocked hatmoza, what was going through your head as hatmoza started making his claims about the presence of a bus driver and all the theories that followed? Why did you still vote for him when your block explains perfectly the chain of events of the day?

First of all I had no idea what the bus drivers duty entails, other than the fact that his abilitiy to switch roles, what was going through my head? I thought that Hatmoza was chasing a dead end seeing as he was blocked for the night due to the suspicion that I had on day one, but I didn't want to reveal my current stance on it nor role claim at the time. I voted for him because I still think that he is hiding under the facade. Why? Because it's just an intiuition I guess, as I said before I've never had experience in this type of mafia before, I just thought that it was extremely suspicious that someone would roleclaim on the first/second day to be the elite bodyguard. A role that would scare both the scum and the townies effectively, giving him the right to hand out theories without any severe reprecussions as a result, again that vote may have been hasty and I am reconsidering it now but still a bit suspicious of his general behaviour, but I guess that's just me.

I never did specifically agree to the bus driver theory but instead tried to suggest another killing party on the loose such as another mafia faction, vigilante or possibly even SK.

Unvote Hatmoza

How exactly is claiming Elite Bodyguard scaring the townies? (I have my theory on that but I'll let you answer for yourself before I mention it.)

Well townies get paranoid and are looking for a lynch. The bodyguard immunity allows him to throw all kinds of theories in the air without the suspicion of getting lynched, seeing as he roleclaimed a pretty important role for the town, making people more wary of the lynching him encase he is telling the truth in regards to being the elite bodyguard. It's a perfect disguise, unless of course if in this case, he is telling the truth.

Yes he could be lying his ass off but the beautiful thing here is that we can afford to wait it out a bit since he has some chances to prove himself (by defending someone successfully). So right now we have no reason to remove hatmoza from the equation because the benefits to the town outweigh the risks. As the game goes on, we'll re-evaluate the threath he poses.

I'd be ready to hammer... you guys think I should wait for Wonk?
