however, notstan was the first one to bring up the fruit thing by saying, "thinking of changing profile pic to berries to piss off happles".
So, dsis was involved, as was notstan, and then later radish.
I think, now that I looked at it again, it pretty much clears wonk of being mafia or in that family (whatever), as he FoS'ed Radish for claiming pear. Which, similarly to you, was one of those "while this looks overtly like a joke, it looks like maneuvering" kinda things.
