Forums - Nintendo - Does Steel Diver (3DS) look promising to you?

You´ve probably seen videos of this submarine game, which is a launch title for the 3DS..anyway, based on what you´ve seen, does it look promising to you?...or does it look like it´d get boring fast and not worth spending $40 on it?

not really... looks like a boring iphone kind of game to me

Most anticipated games of 2011:

Uncharted 3,Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Rocksmith

Modern Warfare 3, Super Mario 3D

I'm looking for it very much, I love strategic games and this looks the closer thing for 3DS this year. Will probably be my first 3DS game.

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)

Im pretty interested in it myself. However, I dont see it being anything big.

Look good for a $ 0.99 app. Oh wait!

I actually havent' seen any footage of that or anything. The concept sounds interesting, like the old generic NES games

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

I've only seen sporadic video's showing like 2 seconds of play or a few dozen screen shots. It doesn't appeal to me at the moment however if it gets good reviews out the gate and I see more video then I might consider purchasing it. But from what I've seen so far I'll pass!

It does not interest me at the moment.

I was pretty meh about it at first but after watching some gameplay videos I'm definitely more interested in it. It looks like it will be quite challenging and the gameplay seems to be far deeper than I expected. My only concern is the longevity.

Wait... Is it strategic? It looked pretty arcady to me.
