This as funny as saying someone is anti Sony for saying GT5 is a huge success in europe but not as much elsewhere or Halo or MH in Japan. It's nothing to do with what I like, you know exactly what you're doing, I don't understad why you begrudge admitting Kinect does brilliant elsewhere. It's not JUST the U.S, ratio wise it's on par in the UK. It's not doing as good in Europe, but there are other countries it's doing fantastic in. It's only because it's not doing well in Europe you seem to think it's all coming from the U.S

Regardless, you ruin most kinect threads with this crap.

I rarely post in Kinect threads, the only times I mention Kinect sells is when the numbers are posted. I was one of the few people who actually believed Kinect would sell over 20 million when toasty posted. I constently wave about it, but I also like to point out interesting sales numbers, which I do with everything thing. 

Well maybe you're just polarised then, they come across as trying to belittle it's selling power elsewhere, that doesn't look coincidental to me ..

Surprisingly Kinect Sports has reached Gold in Germany, so it sold more than 100,000 copies.

I am suprised because Kinect Adevntures made Gold last month and the sales for KA : Sports are 3:1. Perhaps they do not count console bundles.

No, you have the idea everyone should just say, omg, terrrific with no comments. This vgchartz, we are supposed to analyze sales here. saying it sells more in the US or not,  does not take away how immensly popular Kinect is. But, you seems to think no one should mention it. The demand Kinect has in the US has no comparaison anywhere else. It is truly a ( Iphone, Wii, Ipad) effect here. It's popular elsewhere, but not to the degree it is here.

There's really nothing to critisze about Kinect though, and I don't try. You assume because you seems to get hurt when I say it's bigger in the US like its a bad thing. I have given many examples of other things like ( GT5, halo, Mh) who get the same treatment all the times. why is this one such a bad thing to you? And the reason I say it is because it seems to be pusing consoles in the US. Although it's selling well elsewhere, I don't see it have such an effect. MS can't keep Kinect or xbox in stock over here, Is that happening elsewhere?

The Wii was such a risk and so misunderstood that I honestly thought nobody would ever be able to counter it. I'm surprised at how easy it is though, I don't think it has had anything to do with "getting" the Wii's strengths, but sheer luck. It turns out those expanded audience consumers are hungry as fuck, and it's not hard to sell them anything, you don't even have to get it right.

selnor usually writes his threads about all things concerning Microsoft from an extremely positive angle. This makes them poised to be entertaining and exciting, because the probability of a flamewar is much higher than in your regular VGC thread.
