yes their are no investors in lebanon. thats is why when things starts going bad most arab countries try to help out. all i have to say is you should go and live here for one year before you start talking about the country.

their arent 5 million palestinians in the country, their are 500,000 in camps. over the past 40 years they have caused a civil war in our country, they have assasinated our politicians, and they started a couple of years ago a small war in the north. why should we make them lebanese citizens? we give them a home and food, yes they have a bad quality of life but considering every single politician steal money frm the government theirs nothing we can do.

I'm not blaming Palestinian refugees for Lebanon's problems, I'm primarily blaming Israel.  Currently, 5 million Palestinians have no rights in Israel, which is what that reference was too.

I don't know much about Palestinian affairs with Lebanon or Hezbollah, so I can't  comment.

Around the Network

It is weird: Åland islands have over 4 times as fast internet as Finland. Speedtest.net doesn't reveal any universal speeds though, so it would be interesting to see what formula they used.

That would get you a ban every other day... seriously leave politics out of this thread

Yeah, just based on how off topic it is, I didn't even bother asking him what he meant by dictatorship, which is one of the sillier manus claims yet.

Which, is saying someting.

1.  Nothing hampers infrastructure development more than war.  I remember the last time Israel attacked you guys in 2006 (I was in Egypt at the time), they destroyed thousands of targets, including much of the infrastucture.  Sorry, no investor in his right mind is going to invest in an unstable market like that.

2.  Five million Palestinians are not represented democractically.  If its not a dictatorship, suggest another term I can use for a government that doesn't grant rights to a large portion of people under its power.

3.  Keep the ad hominems coming, if you can't win an argument you might as well get a few insults in.

Look take this elsewhere! I might agree or disagree with you, but that's not the point! I seriously don't want to drag this into a political issue in a non-related topic

Wow i thought the US would be ranked lower then 38th.
