Console bias should never get in the way of wishing someone well.

Good luck.

Good luck, but don't tell them anything about the Wii graphics, or the video of SMG vs SMS...

By me:

"Since you can´t understand ... there is no point to taking you seriously."

So, how did it go? Are you in?

Luck? You'll do fine I bet :D

The job interview went badly.. I knew it was going to when I found out there was going to be a conference call along with another person taking notes (basically 3 people interviewing me at the same time). I messed up the first question which was very easy and it took awhile to recover. :( I'm kind of rusty when it comes to interviews because I haven't had to do one in about 8-9 years :(

I'm not bilingual and I think that was a strike against me plus some of the software packages I didn't know (most people probably would have lied or at least fibbed about their level of knowledge about certain things but I didn't).

I'm probably going to go back to University in January now.

Sorry that your job interview didn't go better, but (depending on where you live) you will probably have lots of other opportunities at different companies. Its important not to let one job interview get you down, plus you never know.. maybe you did better than you thought and you will get the job!

Sorry about your interview. Panel interviews are very difficult, but at least you get the experience and hopefully it will help you on your next interview.

Panel interviews suck.

However remember that interviewing is a two-way street.  Just as they're interviewing you, you should be interviewing them.  It's very important to understand whether or not you would enjoy working at such a place.  If you didn't have the required knowledge for the position and you're forced to meet deadlines based on assumptions that you had that knowledge, you would be in far worse shape and would most likely not enjoy working there.  Also, had you lied about what you knew, they would have found out.  Perhaps later rather than sooner, but it's far better to have an employment gap in your job history than a termination.

Ooof, sad to hear. It took me almost 1.5 years after College to land a good job. Don't lose hope and good luck on your next interview.
