I just played the second round of the demo, and I have to say that it is nuts! The game is absolutely mental! I don't know it will hold up as a racer, because some times it seems like you're fighting the environment more than your adversaries, but it sure is fun still!

it is what this racing game make it difference from others, and yet people still complaining, really dunno what gamers expecting now a days... =_=

If it starts making the game feel less about racing and more about surviving, then saying that it could hurt the racing experience is a pretty valid concern. It's like having a horror game set in a place with lots of sun, rainbows and flowers, it's totally possible to make a game like that, but if you play a demo and it doesn't feel scary enough because of the setting, then the horror isn't good enough.

And I'm not saying I would rather play the game without all the chaos, I'm just saying that it takes away from the racing experience some times.

I played the beta now for about 5 times with the bike and  3 times with the car...

Dude I FUCKING LOVED IT! Man the whole gameplay, graphics and things going on is insane!!! Anyone that knows me, knows I love hectic - intense fucked up shit and the whole thing felt like the most insane car chase EVER. I loved how the AI slammed into u, I rammed them to the side and saw the sparks when we connected, the quick time events god its fucking awesome.

Then I saw there will be like 13 vehicles! INCLUDING CHOPPERS WTF! Sounds fuckin awesome XD!!

Multiplayer seems sweet with the abitilies/perks and up to 16 player, its gonna be hell!!

4 plyr split screen AND TWO PLAYER SPLIT ONLINE.

That seals the deal, Day 1 purchase no doubt. I have the previous MotorStorms. The first one.. I don't like THAT much mainly because you died.. kinda' to easy. I wanted the brutality and not the actual racing XD. The second one is awesome but a bit to calm at some points. This one is a mix of both positives, remove the negatives and add in a shit ton of craziness.

Resides at a 81/100 Meta at the moment which is a fairly good score. It's not like I expected it to score 90/100. I just really really hope it wont drop down below 80 but I have a feeling it will :(. Anyway, day 1. Go get the demo and play it, its in the EU store and its so fun!!

The Eurogamer review is full of praise and "reads like a 9", still the score is 8. Wierd.

Honestly, Motorstorm ..it does stuff that a lot of other games in the same genre don't do.. Honestly I personally feel like its a AAA. Im gonna go and read the reviews, cheers.
