Yup that's a good thing cause it makes you remove the entire table.

I wouldn't mind using kinect to throw grenades if it works well. I don't use grenades with a controller since I never know where they'll end up. Leaning can work too, although popping up out of cover by standing up and sitting down would be very tiring :)

This has been my reaction to motion controls.  I may not really care about them but they expand the market.  The bigger the market, the more developers make, the more games get made.  it's a great thing.

I like Cliffy B. cause he says what he thinks and it pisses people off.  The pissed off people then say they won't buy a game because of said comment when in reality they never intended to buy the game.  What the pissed off people don't realize is the vast majority of gamers will never read said comments because very few gamers check gaming sites on a daily basis so said comment will be missed and will have no effect on sales.  Then, the people that read said comment and intended to buy the game but then decide not to will have no effect sales because very few people will deny themselves a game because Cliffy said something negative about their console of choice.  It's fun to watch.

Move controller is not the same thing as a traditional controller. WIthout the move controller, move can't work like Kinect and thats the point. You can't grab your 6 axix controller can you? stick your arm in the air to throw a grenade or whatever,no you can't . SO what where you saying. If the ball on move goes behind you or the eye can't see it, it stops connection with the controller.  So a hand in the air won't work now will it, NO IT WON'T!.

Actually you could very easily do that with the PS Eye, the main difference between Kinect and PSEye is aboutdepth perception. The PS Eye needs something like the Move to be able to detect depth well. But just sticking your arm in the air to throw a grenade would work well, although it would likely be a very irritating mechanic. Also if you are playing your FPS with the Move you could move your Move controller up in the air to do exactly that too. And I don't even know what point you are trying to make about the Move going behind your back, are you trying to say that if you put your arms behind your back and move them around behind your back Kinect is able to x-ray through you and see whats going on?

So advice goes back to you again my friend.


It wouldn't throw right or react right so your full of it. So if you just through your hand up, like in the classroom. Yeah moving the move controller would not be the same as a classic controller. PluS kinect can track head movement, eyes and so forth. Voice controll.

So KINECT CAN DO IT BETTER. JUST GET OVER IT, IT'S A FACT.

It's very clear you are one of those people who will just not give Kinect it's props. I played both and like Kinect way better. You never played kinect and it is evident.

Also, you are introducing new elements to the argument, because no-one disputes that ''KINECT CAN DO IT BETTER.'' Uraeus simply stated that the PS3 eye can most certainly do many of the things the Kinect does.

you Pretty much are butthurt and I figure it's most likely not only from our  conversation.

 The ball is the only thing making move what it is and thats the point. I have two hands, two feet and kinect can track that without a ball to do it. get it.

Well, look at it from his point of view..   Back then, the Wii was nothing but opposition, it's games couldn't use the unreal engine, and even if they could, they were so cheap who would liscense it? 

Now, kinect, people are going to want to use the Unreal engine for that shit and give him money, that's awsome.

 

Getting money = something being awesome

Something hurting you getting money = not awesome.

 

He's easy to read when you realize his public comments are actually ALL PR based.  It just doesn't seem that way because he likes to make them in an unprofessional matter.
