None of the three actual players will.
Nintendo has always launched it's consoles at a reasonable price and there's no reason for them to change that, after all they were as successful as now with the SNES and the N64 wasn't overpriced. Even so, the 3DS is launching at a higher price than previous handhelds so maybe wii's successor will launch for 300 $/€.
Microsoft will probably launch with 2 SKUs (higher HDD, wireless, etc), but I can't imagine them charging more than 500 $/€. They saw what happened to Sony and they have earned a reputation of bad hardware (RROD) that may hurt them with a price too high.
Sony. No, they won't. The bad sales they have had should have teached them not to do it again, but I can see them launching the next PS at 500 $/€. Of course that deppends on the price of the NGP (that will show if they have really learned something) and Microsoft.
After all, what can they come with? PS3 and (to a lesser extend) 360 already have 3D, they all have special controllers and digital distribution is becoming more important so I can't see them going with another physical media other than Bluray. Thay can only go with biger HDD and more power so that's why I guess the next gen will cost between 300 and 500, no more.
Please excuse my bad English.
