Here's what I think about sponsoring kids - Sponsor some program that teaches them to live off the land better, not one that makes them part of the institution of big brother. But I doubt a program like that exists.
At my school, my house spouses a orphanage or something like that through the De La Selle brothers and on Friday the 25th we have a day where you run/walk 10km for the Brothers works around the world. i always do the run it feels good to know that you make someone life better
