Forums - Nintendo - Nintendo DS UK Price Cut????

Now I have the disposable cash to get a handheld, and after long thinking it'd be a PSP, I've decided I really want a DS for Pokemon Soul Silver (and Pokemon White, Scribblenauts, GTA CW, NSMB and Plants vs Zombie) but don't want to spend £120 if it's gonna get a price cut soon.

So is one due?

Also, is Super Scribblenauts better than the original, and what other games can you suggest which fit my tastes by the games above?

With the 3DS around the corner I wouldn't be surprised if the DS got a price cut.

Prices for used units should become cheaper, too, because a lot of people will do trade-ins for 3DSs.

I don't like getting used if I can help it, don't like thought of someone else having had their paws on it

That's understandable.

I also always try to get new hardware. I only buy older systems used.

Yeah, but I guess with all the used models, it'll lower the sales of new ones, so Nintendo or the retailers might do some deals. Sub £100 would be nice

why dont you just get a 3DS?

I guess because it costs over 200 pounds.

Because I don't want one? Goes against every reason I'm getting a DS in the first place.

I really doubt there's going to be a price cut any time soon since it just got one last June.
