Err... I get carded everytime that I try to buy an M-rated game or R-rated movie. The machines at Walmart stop the cashier and tell her to ask you...

In Australia you have to look over 30 without getting identified

I dont know where you are talking about but in my personal experience on two of the biggest businesses in australia 30 is the minimum.

Yes you can get a $1100 fine. Its VERY VERY rare for them to ever catch anyone.
