Well I would love to see
Age Of Empires MMO - Choose characters from the many nations and join in a campaign to conquer one another.
A Pikmin FPS - instead of bullets you throw Pikmin which then act like they do in the other games.
A Legend of Zelda RTS - Control Hylian's , Goron's , Zora's and the many other races in war against one another then united against Ganon's forces of evil.
A Earthbound Realtime RPG- Instead of turn based gameplay make the next EarthBound similiar to Crystal Chronicles.
A Little Big Planet 3D Platformer - Bring Little Big Planet out of sidescrolling action and into 3D gameplay like Mario64 or Galaxy.
StarFox FPS - Instead of on rails space fights give us some FPS action like the StarWars space battles in the many StarWars games. Have ground based combat like Assualt but in first person view like Halo.
I could go on but these should be sufficient for now!
